Worn out? Stopped doing its job through honest, everyday use? Get in touch. For the full working life of the product, we'll make it right with a replacement. No questions asked.
Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong thing?
It happens. Just send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort a refund:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Only pay for the return shipping, no other fees
- Once it arrives and we've checked it over, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method
Arrived faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered?
That one's on us, so let's fix it fast:
- Get in touch within 30 days of delivery so we can get straight onto it
- We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and we'll cover the return shipping. You won't be out of pocket for our mistake.
Not sure which one applies? If something's broken, damaged, or wrong right out of the box, that's the faulty items policy above. If it's given you good service and simply worn out down the track, that's covered by our No Questions Asked Guarantee — no time limit.
