If you receive your order & realise you have made a mistake or have changed your mind, you will be required to return the item to us unused & in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item. When received, one of our team will contact you to confirm that the item meets all conditions & refund the purchase value of the product using the original payment method.
Should you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged/faulty, please contact us within 48 hours. We offer a 12-month warranty on most products. The team at CanDoo Rural will determine the best way to rectify any issues, to ensure you receive the correct item or a replacement as required.
