How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed, if the order is received before 1:00PM AEST (BNE and MLB). Actual delivery times will vary depending on your location, however you can expect to receive your items within 3-10 business days.


What if I don't receive my orders in 3 to 5 days?

Please contact us immediately so we can track your goods for you.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent with the order confirmation email to you once your order is processed and shipped. You will find it under the track your order button. We offer pick up on selected items in Brisbane & Melbourne. Upon checkout choose the "Pick up from store" option. Our team will contact you to confirm availability and arrange a suitable time.

What are the gate hinge sets best to use for timber posts and steel post or both?

Timber Posts: Use through-post hinges and bolt-on hinges (secure with coach screws).
Steel Posts: Use bolt-on hinges (secure with Tek screws), clamp-on hinges, or weld-on hinges.
