Flat Rate Standard Delivery Charges by Weight
Orders up to 1 kg in total = $9.95 Postage nationwide
Orders 1-3 kg in total = $13.95 Postage nationwide
Orders 3-5 kg in total = $17.95 Postage nationwide
Orders 5-22 kg in total = $25 in QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC only. If delivery address is in NT, TAS, SA and WA, please contact us for a freight quote.

Quick Despatch
- We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation if the order is received before 1:00PM AEAST (BNE and MLB) unless items are special order or not a regular stocked item. Business days are Mondays to Fridays so if payment for an order is made on a Friday, despatch day would be Monday. If payment for an order is made on a public holiday, despatch will be the next business day.
- We will always work to dispatch your order from the warehouse closest to you.
- Unforeseen circumstances can sometimes create delays, however you will be immediately notified if this occurs.
- Delivery to some remote areas in Australia may require special freight arrangements, however you will be notified if this is the case. CanDoo Rural has freight arrangements with various general freight providers & couriers Australia wide. We also use Australia Post where suitable.
Estimated Delivery Times
- We use Australia Post and other local freight companies to safely and securely deliver all of your orders.
- Standard shipping within Australia takes between 3 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery services available to your area.
- If you wish your order to be left without being signed for please put a note in the comment box at the checkout. In these circumstances, the goods will be left at your own risk.
Use your own shipping company or personally pick up your order
- If you have a transport company that you use regularly, and wish to use them to pick up your goods, then simply pick 'custom' under shipping method on the checkout page. Then click on 'Contact regarding own shipping', and tell us your arrangements.
- We will need the transport company's name and address, contact number, and contact name, and your full contact details.
- We also offer pick up on selected items in Brisbane & Melbourne. Upon checkout choose the "Pick up from store" option. Our team will contact you to confirm availability and arrange a suitable time.
Transit Guarantee
We are happy to provide postal & freight guarantee at no extra cost to our customers. You can buy with confidence knowing that you will receive your order as described without any unforeseen issues. If any unforeseen issues arise like goods being lost or damaged in transit, we guarantee that we will get your order to you as soon as possible.
Correct Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from us. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our team immediately. We are unable to change delivery details once items are despatched & additional charges will apply if orders require resending.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not ship to international destinations outside of Australia. However, we can possibly ship to New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Please contact us for details.
